Raising funds for students with Intellectual Disabilities – Here is how it works:
Starters
You volunteer to host a dinner, a braai, or a lunch. Invite your friends, families and colleagues on the chosen date of Saturday 17th September. Your guests pay R100 per person to attend your dinner or lunch. You can invite as many people as you would like to from 5-10 pax or more….
Mains
Our main goal is to have the support of you and your friends in hosting 100 dinners around Johannesburg where the proceeds will go to The Living Link’s Sponsor a Student Initiative.
Dessert
The Living Link needs everyone’s help, so if you would like to make a difference and host a dinner party in September, please contact Janine on 082 3226 323 or Janine@thelivinglink.co.za for more information or to put your name down to volunteer to host a dinner. We will provide you and your guests with brochures with further information about The Living Link and how you will be making a difference to the lives of the students living with disabilities.
We need to raise funds for one disadvantaged student’s tuition fees, please support this initiative!
Our target is R48 600.
The steps for having a fun time while making a difference…
- Contact Janine at The Living Link to put your name down to be a dinner host.
- Invite your friends and host a lunch or dinner on Saturday 17th September.
- Ask your friends to bring R100 for the dinner or lunch to contribute to the tuition fees for a student at The Living Link.
- Have lots of fun and make a difference, and at the same time you will be helping educate a young adult with an intellectual disability at The Living Link.
